  • I had a great experience here! I ordered the 5-course menu, and every dish was delicious. The steak was cooked perfectly, just how I wanted. The staff were very friendly and made us feel welcome. Also, the price-performance ratio was really good. Highly recommended!

  • I had lunch here twice during my visit to a friend in Berlin the 1st week of September 2024, I am picky, fastidious and Italian. This place is extraordinary, the food, bread service, service, warmth, greeting attention to detail and execution are, dare I say it worthy of a Michelin star. The menu is deceptively simple, yet the rigor and attention to every minor detail make the seemingly casual, brasserie fare meticulous and delicious. I had a chicory or rather red and white Belgian Endive salad, dressed with butter sautéed croutons, pomegranate arils, goat cheese and fresh and sautéed dried apricots. I also had a bell pepper chili, prawn chilled soup that would make any salmorejo pause and reflect to see how it could improve. Lastly and coup de grace, I had a bavette steak that was cooked to my specifications , tender, juicy and flavourful. All this is served by friendly, professional and expert servers. They make everything look easy. Thank you Brasserie Helene staff for the rooftop views, delicious food and positive vibes. Deasmiles

  • Amazing food. I can only recommend this restaurant. The food offers a wide selection of exclusive specialties for a good price. The staff is polite and you don't wait long for your meal. In my opinion this is the best restaurant in the KaDeWe.

  • An excellent meal. Had the chef’s choice - great value and more than enough food for two people. Superb risotto! Very knowledgeable and professional service - made it a great experience. We can’t wait to come back - is our first choice for supper in Berlin. Very reliable and great value.

  • Went here primarily because we were shopping at KaDeWe, and it was just too convenient to pass up. I was surprised to find a quite superb French brasserie with a very typical french bistro menu with steak frites, boullaboise, moules, etc. The steak was perfectly cooked, and the boullaboise was fantastic. Service was first rate, and the price, bearing in mind where we are, was pretty good at just under €50 per head. Very easy recommendation. Will be back for sure even without shopping at KaDeWe. This place is definitely worth a visit.

  • The "fish" soup was amazing. Quality argentinian steak with really good french fries. If you are around worth checking.
